Women's White Mini Dress - Embroidered Flower / Modified Harem Sleeves with Small Ruffle

This white cotton blend mini dress is whimsical and fun. The fabric is woven in such a way as to create a textured floral pattern in the material. The waistline is modified empire, rising in front to above several inches above the natural waistline, giving the dress a youthful look. The dress has modified harem sleeves. The shoulders form straps like those of a sleeveless shirt, then the sleeves are open to well below the shoulder join where they rejoin to become standard style short sleeves. At the bottom of each sleeve is gathered fabric which creates a cute ruffle for added interest and detail. On the front center bodice are three stylized embroidered flowers, a large black and white spotted one in center and a smaller pink and yellow one on each side.
