Women's Button Up Top Collared Dress

This is a dress which is made from a medium blue colored fabric. The top has a design which is made to resemble a button up dress shirt. The buttons on the top have been covered with a fabric which matches that which the dress has been constructed from. This top has a pointed collar added to it. This top has a short sleeve design. These sleeves have a slightly loose style design. These sleeves drop to just above the elbow area. The waist has been cinched with a matching colored fabric belt. This belt has been tied at one side. The skirt has a straight line cut. It has a bit of flare which has been created with the cinching of the fabric belt. The hemline comes just below of the knee area. This dress looks cute when it is paired with black high heels.
