Bathing Suit Coverup - Fringe / Semi Sheer

It has a relatively high neckline that has been double reinforced with stitching to help it retain its original shape. The hemline is also cut on the bias and is thigh-high on one side and comes to a longer point on the other, ending at the mid thigh. A long row of fringe appears around the hemline, which is approximately 6″ long. This garment has long sleeves, which can be worn full length to the wrists, or rolled up to the elbows, as shown.
