Mini Dress - Black / Decorative Peter Pan Collar / Long Sleeve / Fit and Flare

This is a prim and proper mini dress that comes in classic black with a subtle gray print. It features a high, round neckline and a rounded, gray decorative collar. The collar has beautiful sequined embellishments as a delicate, attention-grabbing feature. The bodice of this dress is close-fitting with a slightly dropped waistline. The dress has full length sleeves that are roomy enough for a comfortable fit. The skirt portion of this dress is gently gathered from the waistline, to provide a loose, comfortable fit.
