These Palazzo pants have a comfortable elasticized waistband that has belt loops for your favorite tie or belt. The legs are nice and full, and because of the sheer chiffon fabric, they kick up in the breeze and add graceful movement when the wearer walks. The upper portion of the pants is opaque to provide modest coverage. However, the wearer's entire legs show through the sheer chiffon from the upper thigh area downward.
