Plus Size Mini Chiffon Dress - Wide Ruffled Sleeves

This women's mini dress is constructed from the same type of soft cotton knit from which your favorite tee shirt was probably made. The dress comes in your choice of a muted seafoam green, traditional black or a medium shade of dove gray. The overall design of this dress is very feminine, albeit simple, and figure-flattering.
