Fringed Mini Dress - Black with White Trim / Three Quarter Length Sleeves

This women's fringed mini dress offers a flirty, fun way to usher in the cooler autumn months. The dress is black with white trim that has been strategically placed to offer the most flattering accents where they are most needed. The neckline of this dress is rounded and has a thin, white, decorative stripe underneath. It has two side pockets that are in slit style with white trim.
