Off Shoulder Romper - Drawstring Waist / Blue White / Vertically Striped

Our off shoulder romper with drawstring waist is a great romper to wear to the beach. It is made from blue and white, vertically striped cotton, and features an elasticized neckline that pulls far down over the shoulders to expose the upper chest, back and shoulders. It has three quarter length sleeves with elastic at the ends. The bodice is a loose comfortable fit and is unembellished. The drawstring waistline features a white cord with tassels, that is encased in a fabric casing. This is an adjustable feature that the wearer can adjust to her preferred level of comfort. The shorts are nice and roomy, and have a hemline that ends approximately 4″ below the bottom line of the hip.
