Halter Style Mini Romper - Blue / White / Floral Print

This one-piece romper has a high-cut, halter neckline with thin straps that wrap around to the back of the garment, where two fabric panels are gathered to provide a deep split in back. The garment fastens at the nape of the neck with two tasseled ties that dangle over the wearer's bare back. The romper's overall fit is close-fitting and true to size. The shorts are a snug, but comfortable fit. The hemline ends about 4″ below the hips.
